Project Designer (Interior Design/Architecture)

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the studio. Candidates must be local to one of the studios and available onsite regularly.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 annually, plus benefits and bonuses.

What you will do

• Develop multiple architecture and interior design projects across different types and scales.
• Contribute to projects from concept design through construction.
• Develop construction documents for review and support construction administration.
• Coordinate consultants, clients, project teams, budgets, and building-code requirements.
• Manage furniture vendor processes and deliveries.
• Create 3D visualizations and contribute strong graphic and conceptual design work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 4–8+ years of experience at an architecture or design studio.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with project teams from concept design through construction.
• Familiarity with project management, construction administration, budget review, building codes, consultant coordination, and client relations.
• Strong conceptual, visual, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• State licensure or active pursuit of state licensure.
• Interest and proficiency in 3D visualization.
• Experience working with furniture vendors and managing deliveries.
