Designer (Interior Design/Architecture)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the studio. Candidates must be local to one of the studios and available onsite regularly; the role is not remote.

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

What you will do

• Work on multiple architecture and interior design projects of different types and scales, from concept through construction.
• Develop design concepts, visualizations, and construction documents for review.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams, consultants, clients, and furniture vendors.
• Build experience in project management, construction administration, budget review, and building-code coordination.
• Contribute to graphic, organizational, and communication aspects of project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 0–5+ years of experience at an architecture or design studio.
• Experience working with project teams from concept design through construction.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite, and Figma.
• Must be local to one of the company’s studios and available onsite regularly.
• Strong conceptual thinking, visualization, graphic, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience and interest in 3D visualization.
• Leadership potential and enthusiasm for learning project management, construction administration, building codes, consultant coordination, client relations, and furniture procurement.
