Vice President, Procurement

Base salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the global procurement strategy, operating model, category ownership, sourcing intake, and procurement delivery paths.
• Own pre-purchase requisition, approval, demand qualification, ServiceNow intake, and purchase order generation.
• Direct complex sourcing processes and negotiations with technology providers, manufacturers, resellers, and strategic suppliers.
• Manage supplier lifecycle governance, strategic relationships, contracts, renewals, performance, and exits.
• Lead the Hyderabad Procurement Operations Center of Excellence and establish a follow-the-sun, tier-based service model.
• Develop procurement dashboards, savings and cost-avoidance reporting, asset controls, and the ServiceNow and Workday technology roadmap.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, and operations, including leadership responsibility.
• Extensive experience with complex sourcing, enterprise technology agreements, software licensing, renewals, utilization, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay operations, accounts payable dependencies, three-way matching, governance, and asset controls.
• Advanced financial skills across budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, spend analysis, savings, and cost avoidance validation.
• Experience with Workday or comparable ERP purchasing tools and ServiceNow or similar intake and workflow platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPSM/CIPS certification preferred.
