What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and procurement operations across client account sites.
• Manage procurement relationships with clients, account teams, vendors, corporate stakeholders, category managers, and preferred suppliers.
• Develop and facilitate e-RFPs, analyze supplier responses, negotiate agreements, and coordinate statements of work.
• Analyze account-wide spend, supplier performance, operations, and processes to identify value and cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement supplier consolidation, supplier diversity, audits, QBRs, tracking, reporting, and compliance programs.
• Resolve supplier performance issues, advise on contractual matters, and present procurement results to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in facility services or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing tools, including e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems.
• Legal knowledge and experience preparing or negotiating agreements and amendments.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, independent problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Experience using AI-driven procurement, sourcing, and contract-management platforms and translating AI-generated insights into strategic recommendations.
