Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the inbound procurement request queue, applying governance rules, triage protocols, SLAs, contract templates, and approval thresholds.
• Lead technology and corporate sourcing engagements, including vendor pricing evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Manage Vendor Contract Management workflows, approvals, contract handoffs, redlines, and digital signature policies.
• Execute Procure-to-Pay workflows, including validating and issuing purchase orders against contracts, budgets, and accounting codes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, IT, risk functions, and executive stakeholders to resolve issues and accelerate approvals.
• Maintain vendor records, supplier performance data, procurement dashboards, spend metrics, PO volumes, turnaround times, and renewal pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• 4–6+ years of experience in corporate procurement, strategic sourcing, Procure-to-Pay operations, technology category management, or commercial contracting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms, P2P processes, purchase order processing, financial mechanics, and procurement triage.
• Ability to apply sound business judgment, work through ambiguity, communicate clearly, and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Vendor Contract Management tools, P2P software, intake ticketing systems, and enterprise procurement platforms.
