Principal Learning Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid Flex in Durham, United States; at least two days per week in the office. Candidates from outside the local area may be considered in states listed on the posting, with onsite expectations discussed during the interview process.

Salary: $107,901–$172,642 per year, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders, directors, and vice presidents on workforce capability, performance, and learning challenges.
• Conduct performance consulting and diagnose business, operational, behavioral, process, technology, knowledge, leadership, and communication factors.
• Design enterprise-wide learning and performance solutions, including formal learning, digital experiences, performance support, knowledge management, coaching, leader enablement, change strategies, communications campaigns, and AI-enabled learning experiences.
• Analyze business metrics, learner data, operational KPIs, workforce trends, and stakeholder feedback to develop recommendations.
• Translate complex problems into executive-ready insights, presentations, and consultation materials.
• Influence learning strategy, operating models, innovation, and organizational effectiveness as a recognized subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with strategic consulting, performance analysis, learning design, and business partnership.
• Ability to communicate with and influence executive and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and programs while maintaining customer service and execution against time constraints.
• Strong skills in learning strategy, needs assessment, instructional design, organizational development, analytics, and project portfolio management.

• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Storytelling and executive facilitation experience.
• Experience advising stakeholders outside the learning organization.
• Knowledge of LXPs, LMS platforms, and AI-enabled learning technologies.
