Salary: $100,013.00–$166,757.00 annually

What you will do

• Design and facilitate leadership development programs for new, experienced, and senior leaders.
• Lead workshops, cohorts, and immersive learning experiences that build practical leadership capabilities.
• Design learner-centered products, including facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, assessments, job aids, and reinforcement tools.
• Plan, deliver, evaluate, and continuously improve workshops, learning events, and leadership development initiatives.
• Pilot AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve learner experience, content development, operational efficiency, and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders, using feedback, learning metrics, and insights to improve engagement, skill adoption, and business impact.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in learning, facilitation, operations, enablement, or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in a related field.
• Expertise in leadership development, learning and development, talent development, organizational development, or a related field.
• Advanced facilitation experience across virtual, hybrid, and in-person leadership programs.
• Strong instructional design grounded in adult learning and behavior change, with experience supporting leaders at multiple levels.
• Ability to use AI, automation, emerging tools, learning evaluation methods, and strong project coordination skills to improve learning programs.
