Salesforce Change Management & Training Consultant (Salesforce)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid, with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $72,300–$105,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus and other incentives.

What you will do

• Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses to identify affected groups, process changes, adoption risks, and behavioral changes.
• Translate Salesforce and business-process changes into readiness plans, role-based training strategies, and enablement activities.
• Deliver live, virtual, on-demand, and blended training with a focus on practical, hands-on learning.
• Create microlearning, self-paced courses, onboarding resources, refresher training, knowledge checks, and just-in-time learning materials.
• Partner with functional leaders, communications teams, business partners, and implementation partners to align messaging and adoption initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, user readiness, and adoption feedback while coaching users and recommending improvements.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in change management, training delivery, enablement, or a related discipline supporting business or technology transformation.
• Experience with change impact analyses, stakeholder assessments, business-process changes, readiness planning, and adoption risks.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or user adoption initiatives.
• Working knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
• Experience delivering training across live, virtual, on-demand, or blended formats and developing digital learning materials.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Chicago, with at least two days per week in an assigned office, and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, healthcare, high-tech, or another compliance-intensive and operationally complex environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, instructional design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prosci, ADKAR, training, facilitation, or instructional design certification.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
