Salary: $141,500–$268,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise learning technology strategy, ecosystem architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish governance for learning platforms, technology standards, operating practices, vendors, and ecosystem decisions.
• Evaluate, pilot, adopt, and scale AI-enabled learning solutions and emerging technologies.
• Build learning data, analytics, and measurement capabilities tied to workforce readiness and business outcomes.
• Improve learner discovery, accessibility, personalization, recommendations, navigation, and technology integration.
• Lead vendor management, enterprise collaboration, communication, adoption, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership development, training and development, business human resources, or a related field.
• Deep leadership development expertise and experience creating innovative leadership learning experiences.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide leadership learning programs or corporate initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen, communication skills, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Experience translating business priorities into leadership learning solutions and evaluating their impact.
• Ability to conduct global needs assessments and strong instructional design experience preferred.
