Technical Eligibility Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Compensation range: $18.07–$33.92

What you will do

• Support eligibility-related operations and customer service activities.
• Perform accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Work with employees, members, providers, clients, and internal teams.
• Resolve problems in varying situations using critical thinking.
• Learn and use proprietary systems and multiple system platforms.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement in a production-driven environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least three years of eligibility experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to new systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous leadership experience.
