Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio, United States. Branch-based role with a schedule that may include weekends and evenings.

Salary: $81,000–$111,000 per year.

• Lead branch performance, sales growth, and customer experience initiatives.

• Build customer relationships through community and civic organization partnerships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to coach teams, drive sales excellence, and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Experience managing sales objectives, deadlines, and branch goals in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Ability to meet SAFE Act requirements, complete background checks, and obtain a unique NMLS identifier.
• Ability to work a schedule that varies with branch needs, including weekends and evenings.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
