Manager - Client

Location: In office in Los Angeles, California, United States; sales hybrid designation

Salary: $59,467–$94,975 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead hiring, development, coaching, training, and annual reviews for branch sales and service colleagues.
• Drive client service standards, retention, relationship management, outbound calling, site visits, and cross-selling activities.
• Partner with branch managers, relationship managers, and internal divisions to identify opportunities and deliver banking solutions.
• Manage branch operational integrity, including risk management, loss prevention, certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Support new business and personal client acquisition, particularly for de novo branches.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct client service experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
