Process Development Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and continuously improve semiconductor manufacturing and testing processes.
• Operate HP4062/4073 testers, HP8753, Agilent B1500, automated probers, and manual probe stations.
• Perform package-part measurements and transient manual measurements, including gate charge and reverse recovery.
• Manage wafer inventory and generate bond diagrams for packages.
• Design and order test boards and build experimental circuits through breadboarding.
• Develop instrument-control and test automation software using available programming tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization.
• Experience with electronic laboratory equipment, including semiconductor parameter analyzers, source measure units, S-parameter systems, curve tracers, oscilloscopes, pulse generators, and power supplies.
• Experience with semiconductor layout using Cadence Virtuoso or LEdit, or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Unix systems and programming for instrument control and automation.
• Work must be performed onsite in Palm Bay, Florida; remote work is not available.

• Knowledge of RMB (HP Basic).
