High School Talent Program Supervisor Senior (Human Resources)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH; occasional travel to schools and other markets may be required.

Base salary: $70,125–$140,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of talent programs for targeted talent segments.
• Manage stakeholder consultation, program resources, measurement, and related deliverables.
• Oversee external partnerships, program strategies, launches, events, systems, and pilots.
• Direct and support talent program staff, analysts, and managers throughout the talent life cycle.
• Coach employees, business leaders, managers, and partners on assigned programs and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and team accountability for program outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of industry-relevant experience; comparable military experience may be considered.
• Experience in secondary education, higher education, vocational education, or career coaching.
• Experience with project management and workforce development.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, relationship management, and partnership-building skills.
