Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States. Hybrid work environment with a minimum of three in-person office days per week.

Base salary: $95,000–$172,000 per year for new hires; the stated full range is $95,000–$127,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage talent acquisition operations programs covering ATS workflows, vendor integrations, background checks, recruitment marketing and events, onboarding, recruiting tools, project management tools, and standard operating procedures.
• Own end-to-end program and project lifecycles, including discovery, process design, testing, implementation, maintenance, change management, optimization, and operationalization.
• Develop operational reports, communications, presentations, metrics, and adoption measures to track program health and effectiveness.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and methodologies that improve scalability, operational effectiveness, and user experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, systems functionality, billing, budgets, and return on investment.
• Analyze and map business processes, develop decision-support tools, and implement sustainable continuous-improvement solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting operations experience combined with HR program or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience owning HRIS and/or ATS functions, including reporting and workflow management.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities.
• Strong process analysis, process mapping, analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with stakeholder collaboration, confidential information, vendor management, and budgets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or Workday.
• Change management experience and relevant HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience with data analysis, report design, decision-support tools, human-centered design, systems thinking, continuous improvement, or product management principles.
