Senior Analyst, Governance, Risk & Controls – Data Reporting & Analytics

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid arrangement with 1 day per week on-site and the remaining days remote

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Create and support reporting for multiple lines of business within US Chief Administrative Officer/Technology, Data, and AI.
• Build reporting for senior leadership on governance, risk, and controls using Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and related tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and the Governance & Oversight Reporting team to understand business processes and data needs.
• Streamline and automate complex reporting processes with business intelligence automation tools.
• Transform data into business insights that support decision-making and the bank’s transformation initiatives.
• Promote and follow established data governance policies across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in business, information systems or science, data analytics, risk management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services reporting and delivering business insights.
• Experience with reporting and analytics, reporting best practices, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management, and work independently.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified US location; employment sponsorship is not available.
