BI Manager (Real Estate Analytics)

What you will do

• Lead business analytics discovery sessions and capture project goals, success criteria, and business requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver analytics dashboards for client real estate programs using the company’s BI platform.
• Support data modeling, system integration, process mapping, and end-to-end data definition work.
• Manage executive KPI and reporting commitments, data governance, data security participation, and special reporting requests.
• Analyze data through mining and auditing to identify patterns, correlations, operational insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor team members, maintain analytics playbooks and knowledge bases, and contribute to product roadmap and client business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, professional industry designation, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans, strategy, performance, and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or an equivalent business intelligence tool.
• Minimum 7 years of functional or technical experience with BI tools and data dashboards.
• Understanding of building systems and equipment such as HVAC or FLS, plus experience with asset lifecycle planning.
• Experience with requirements analysis, business process modeling, cross-functional teams, data problem resolution, and vendor coordination.

Nice to have

• BA in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Business analyst experience with large-scale CRM or ERP applications.
• Experience supporting consulting, implementation, and product demonstrations.
