What you will do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and define key performance indicators.
• Analyze large volumes of data to develop insightful dashboards for C-Suite and senior leadership.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sources.
• Implement AI tools and techniques to enhance reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Develop and perform detailed analyses to improve processes and ensure sustainable data scalability.
• Solve complex problems and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of business or data analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, power query, and automation.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing reports using Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
