Business Intelligence Analyst, Finance

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: $95,000–$127,000 starting base salary per year; full range $95,000–$172,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated financial data pipelines from Oracle Fusion Cloud GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Transform raw data into reporting-ready datasets, monitor pipelines, and resolve data issues.
• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for key financial metrics.
• Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into technical specifications and consistent metrics.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams on reporting priorities and provide ad hoc analysis for audits, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Improve automation and data quality through validation checks, data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and user training.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or other coding languages, and ETL tools such as dbt.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI, data warehouse architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience implementing data quality monitoring and alerting systems, with familiarity with JIRA, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Business knowledge in accounting, finance, intellectual property, or royalties is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle ADW.
• Familiarity with Databricks and other cloud-based data warehouses.
