Lead Software Engineer/Software Engineer (Full Stack) – Enterprise Knowledge & AI

Location: Hybrid, with residence within a 180-mile radius of the Bloomington, Illinois, or Dunwoody, Georgia hubs

Salary: $97,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary

What you will do

• Design, build, enhance, and support full-stack applications for the Enterprise Knowledge Management platform.
• Develop user-facing experiences in Salesforce and modern web frameworks such as Angular, along with REST APIs and event-driven services.
• Build cloud-native integrations on AWS using services including S3, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS.
• Operationalize Salesforce Knowledge content for enterprise search, discovery, and application consumption.
• Develop Generative AI capabilities for knowledge authoring, semantic search, summarization, citation, and related use cases.
• Improve performance, reliability, observability, and operational excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience with full-stack software development and modern web applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Apex, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform development or integration experience.
• Experience or interest in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, or AI-assisted application development.
