AI Engineer (Enterprise AI)

Salary: $166,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for internal AI products and enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead the implementation of AI, automation, and Generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Build agentic workflows, prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines, agent orchestration layers, LLM gateway integrations, RAG pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with the AI Council, business stakeholders, architects, developers, data engineers, and technology teams to define and deliver product features.
• Monitor solution performance, adoption, and business outcomes while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, product management, business systems, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms and agentic workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product ownership practices.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LangChain or LlamaIndex, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG pipelines, and graphs.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements-gathering, communication, change-management, and Agile delivery skills.
