Associate Pricing & Compliance Specialist

Location: Canandaigua, New York; additional location: Rochester, New York

Salary: $53,300–$76,700 per year

Manage pricing, registration, and compliance activities for a beverage portfolio covering beer, direct-to-consumer, wine, and spirits products.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end brand label registration for beer, direct-to-consumer, wine, and spirits products across multiple states.
• Prepare wine and spirits price postings, price changes, Special Pricing Allowance documents, and Depletion Allowance documents for state submission.
• Maintain state product guides, price books, pricing and registration guidelines, and marketing project trackers.
• Perform daily SAP activities, including brand and SKU approvals, pricing condition reviews, order reviews, price overrides, and credit entries.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Customer Service, Revenue Management, state agencies, distributors, and external regulatory contacts.
• Support special projects, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Experience with SAP S/4 or other SAP versions or modules is a plus.
