AI Solutions Consultant

Location: On-site in Mexico City, Mexico

Salary: $90,000–$160,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and equity.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on technical architecture, implementation, and the modernization of software development.
• Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Run proofs of concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Guide customers through integrating hirify.global into existing development environments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Drive post-sale adoption and expansion while translating customer feedback into product and roadmap insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
