Intermediate Talent Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for go-to-market roles.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Track recruiting funnels in Ashby and provide talent market and industry insights.
• Proactively source candidates and build relationships with diverse technology and talent communities.
• Represent Talent Acquisition at industry conferences and plan curated networking events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity and change.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting.
• Passion for diversity, community, and equitable recruiting processes.
• Interest in AI, particularly NLP, LLMs, and cutting-edge research.
