Senior Manager, Master Data Management & Data Governance (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara, CA office

Annual base salary: $205,000–$308,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Set and execute the enterprise strategy for Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor master data.
• Define governance, stewardship, ownership, and control models that maintain consistent and trusted data across enterprise systems.
• Deploy AI and automation for matching, deduplication, classification, enrichment, monitoring, anomaly detection, and remediation.
• Build an AI-ready data foundation using lineage, catalogs, dictionaries, and metadata across ERP, CRM, PLM, service management, and analytics platforms.
• Lead data stewards and data management professionals while owning delivery, budget, executive scorecards, and business impact.

Requirements

• Experience leading enterprise Master Data Management programs end to end across global implementations.
• Deep expertise in Customer, Product, Asset, and Vendor data domains and scalable governance and stewardship models.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM and data quality platforms such as Reltio and Informatica.
• Experience integrating MDM platforms with ERP, CRM, PLM, and analytics systems.
• Demonstrated success applying AI and automation to data stewardship, enrichment, and predictive quality controls.
• Expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies.
