Customer Master Data Management Senior Manager

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work allowed up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $137,600–$206,400 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Support the global customer mastering program and the Global Healthcare Entity Master system.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders on commercial data governance and data cataloguing using Collibra.
• Coordinate data stewards handling data change requests and data quality initiatives.
• Support CRM and internal-system integrations and act as data product owner for healthcare entity data.
• Facilitate HCO and HCP data loads into MDM, CRM, and downstream systems.
• Coordinate technology initiatives and vendor activities, and train internal teams on MDM processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in a life sciences or healthcare organization, including pharmaceutical data sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of MDM processes and experience implementing or managing Informatica MDM or comparable on-premises or cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with data governance, data stewardship, data vendors, databases, data warehouses, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Veeva or Salesforce, Oracle or Snowflake, SQL, project planning, agile methods, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of sensitive PHI/PII and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH, and the Sunshine Act.
