hirify.global is partnering with an electronic manufacturing industry organization to build a new Master Data Management and Data Governance capability.

What you will do

• Design, establish, and evolve the Master Data Management and Data Governance framework.
• Use Informatica to catalog, organize, and manage data supporting master data creation and governance.
• Develop and implement master data standards, policies, processes, controls, ownership models, and stewardship practices.
• Establish sustainable processes for creating, maintaining, governing, and improving master data records.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to integrate data governance into existing business processes.
• Build scalable frameworks, lead adoption, and help shape the roadmap for the maturing data management capability.

Requirements

• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Management, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica, particularly for data cataloging, data management, master data, or related capabilities.
• Experience developing and implementing data governance standards, policies, processes, and controls.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data standards, data ownership, stewardship, and governance principles.
• Experience partnering across business and technology teams to implement new processes and capabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
