Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations

Salary: USD 196,350–292,600 annual on-target earnings

What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence, data, and AI/ML strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and investment priorities.
• Build and operate an AI/ML Center of Excellence with reusable standards, assets, and scalable delivery practices.
• Lead data and AI enablement across HR, Finance, Tax & Treasury, Customer Support, and Professional Services.
• Establish enterprise data models, taxonomies, ontologies, semantic structures, data products, and data catalog capabilities.
• Enable agentic workflows, LLM-based experiences, retrieval-augmented generation, copilots, and predictive analytics with lifecycle management.
• Govern responsible AI, privacy, fairness, transparency, human oversight, audits, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and equivalent regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML; enterprise AI adoption experience is required.
• Experience delivering enterprise analytics and agentic AI with measurable business impact in Finance, HR, Customer Operations, or Professional Services.
• Technical depth in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery; semantic modeling, knowledge graphs, MCP, ETL/ELT, and BI tooling.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent development, orchestration, lifecycle management, LLM-based solutions, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to influence VP and C-suite stakeholders, manage complex programs and budgets, negotiate with vendors, and track ROI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, information systems, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
