Senior GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Roles tied to an office require working from the office four days a week.

Salary: $86,250–$145,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build and deploy AI agents and agent-assisted workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle from technical design and prototyping through testing, release, monitoring, and iteration.
• Connect Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Slack, and internal data using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
• Extend low-code platforms and build automations using Salesforce and AI-assisted development tools.
• Implement production controls including evaluation, human review, observability, permissions, auditability, sensitive-data safeguards, and rollback paths.
• Measure adoption, reliability, time savings, data quality, pipeline impact, and revenue outcomes while documenting architecture and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering, Growth Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations Systems, or a comparable technical role.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production LLM-powered agents, copilots, or automations.
• Proficiency in at least one production language such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Apex, plus working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, data mapping, integration troubleshooting, and production automation operations.
• Strong Salesforce experience covering data modeling, Flow, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
• Ability to work from the New York office four days per week for roles tied to an office.

Nice to have

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Clay, buyer-intent data, enrichment, account prioritization, or opportunity scoring.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, or evaluation frameworks.
• Salesforce development and release tooling experience or Salesforce platform development certifications.
