Associate Client Advising Consultant

Location: Remote based in Western Pennsylvania, United States; up to 40% travel required, including in-person client meetings and events.

What you will do

• Manage a book of business in partnership with sales executives and client managers, serving as a product expert for complex and innovative offerings.
• Educate clients and support communications, member engagement, new initiatives, consumerism, and product implementation.
• Analyze and resolve client-specific product and process design issues internally and with clients.
• Support new sales and additional-service sales through consultative selling.
• Deliver product implementation presentations and respond to client questions and issues.
• Develop and execute account-specific marketing plans, including strategy, creative briefs, final deliverables, and client-facing meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or six years of related progressive experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of relevant progressive experience in the area of specialization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working directly with clients.
• Working understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex data and information to clients.
• State-specific Producer's License for Life, Accident & Health is required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
