Benefitfocus Sr Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States, but candidates must be located within commutable proximity to one of Voya's major office locations for periodic onsite collaboration.

Annual base salary: $95,000–$110,000.

What you will do

• Gather payroll, HCM, file transmission, and API integration requirements from customers and external vendors.
• Recommend integration solutions and translate business requirements into technical documentation for engineering teams.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, integration overviews, training, and implementation project meetings.
• Develop testing plans, support component and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Manage 10 to 15 concurrent implementation and integration projects while coordinating milestones with project managers.
• Coordinate customer and engineering sign-off, production transitions, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship for junior associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience in a SaaS implementation environment.
• Experience with systems integration, field-level interface design, file transmission processes, and external vendor integrations.
• Strong client-facing business application consulting experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects, analyze problems, organize work, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Must be located within commutable proximity to a major Voya office in the United States for periodic onsite collaboration.
