Clinical Lead II - Site Activation Lead

Salary: $116,000 USD annualized minimum base pay; actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency.

What you will do

• Coordinate work and oversee timelines, quality, and deliverables for SSU/CRA and analyst contributors.
• Lead strategic efforts to deliver site activations efficiently and according to contractual obligations.
• Present internal and external kick-off meetings and align study start-up strategy, budgets, and execution expectations.
• Coordinate vendor documentation required for study start-up submissions with project managers and sponsors.
• Monitor prioritization, timelines, monthly targets, scope changes, risks, and site activation metrics.
• Provide progress updates to internal teams, clients, and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of clinical research experience in clinical leadership, regulatory submissions, project management, study start-up, or an equivalent role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and sites.
• Accountability, dependability, and commitment to delivery.
• Travel may be required up to 20%.
