TL;DR
FSP Clinical Project Manager (Clinical Trials/Life Sciences): Delivering and managing clinical studies in accordance with contracts, SOPs, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and financial objectives with an accent on cross-functional leadership, risk management, and customer collaboration. Focus on building integrated study plans, solving delivery and quality issues, managing vendors and scope changes, and supporting successful clinical trial milestones.

Annual base pay: $93,100–$232,800

What you will do

  • Deliver and manage clinical studies or assigned study components in line with contracts, SOPs, policies, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop integrated study management plans and lead cross-functional project teams toward milestone achievement.
  • Monitor project progress, communicate status to internal and external stakeholders, and manage customer relationships.
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, quality concerns, contingencies, and scope changes.
  • Manage project vendors, financial performance, forecasts, and opportunities to accelerate revenue.
  • Support bid defense presentations, mentor less experienced project team members, and implement lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, applicable local laws, regulations, guidelines, and broad protocol requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and leadership skills.
  • Experience collaborating across functions and geographies, managing customer relationships, project financials, contractual obligations, and vendor activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
