Lab Operations Manager (Clinical Trials)

Location: United States - Remote; up to 20% domestic and international travel may be required.

Annual salary: USD 100,564.35–136,057.65

What you will do

• Support laboratory activities across hirify.global-sponsored global clinical trials.
• Provide technical and operational guidance for study design, startup, execution, sourcing, budgets, supplier selection, and scopes of work.
• Lead laboratory supplier governance, evaluation, qualification, selection, management, and monitoring.
• Oversee supplier performance across studies and manage escalated issues through resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, and partners on clinical trials and companion diagnostics development.
• Contribute to therapeutic-area initiatives, emerging technology evaluation, continuous improvement, and acquisition integration.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master's degree with 2 years of laboratory and clinical trials experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years, associate's degree with 8 years, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of laboratory and clinical trials experience.
• Strong laboratory background in clinical testing, central laboratory operations, or laboratory-related project management.
• Knowledge of laboratory workflows, operational best practices, clinical trial processes, and laboratory operations in clinical research.
• Experience overseeing laboratory studies, projects, or research initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality requirements for clinical and laboratory environments.
