Project Manager (Clinical Research)

Salary: $110,520–$138,150 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate communication and collaboration.
• Run process-mapping workshops with subject matter experts to identify issues and improve efficiency.
• Support metrics definition, evaluation, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and keep delivery aligned with scope, time, and budget.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide project updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a laboratory or clinical research environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion and leading project teams.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
