Senior Clinical Lead - Oncology

Salary: $93,100–$232,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery for large, multi-regional oncology trials in accordance with contracts, protocols, SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment strategies, targets, clinical risks, quality standards, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee clinical project finances, including Estimate at Completion, scope changes, and additional service opportunities.
• Lead clinical teams, coordinate resourcing and talent planning, and establish operational plans, guidance, and project training.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, support milestones, and provide project reporting and communication.
• Contribute to clinical delivery strategies, bid defense activities, clinical operations plans, mentoring, and site visits where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 7 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Consolidated knowledge of project management practices, clinical trial conduct, and project finances.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, relevant local laws and regulations, broad protocol knowledge, and therapeutic knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English.
• Leadership, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, mentoring, and Microsoft Office skills.
