Salary: $93,100–$232,800 annual base pay, with potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to clinical study strategy.
• Develop and implement integrated study management plans.
• Plan and oversee medium to large, multi-regional clinical trials.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and serve as the primary client contact.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, quality, timelines, and costs.
• Manage project financials, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including 4+ years in project management.
• Proven experience managing immuno-oncology clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
