Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports for strategic decision-making and operational performance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to develop practice-wide, bottom-up budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with operating teams and contribute to business decisions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial models, assumptions, and reporting structures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems and technical tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred.
