FP&A Director - Softeon (SaaS)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States; hybrid work opportunities are available.

Salary: $158,000–$200,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Build financial models for business performance analysis, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
• Provide insights on revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and other key metrics.
• Advise the CFO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
• Improve FP&A tools, reporting systems, automation, and data visualization, including Power BI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A function while partnering with global finance and accounting teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Senior FP&A or strategic finance experience in SaaS or a related field.
• Broad finance experience, including leadership roles within FP&A.
• Experience implementing and scaling FP&A software solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect finance with business operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
