Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in Brazil

Compensation: R$399,000–R$460,500 plus equity and a 15% bonus

What you will do

• Build and ship consumer-facing product features across the frontend and backend using AI coding tools.
• Own features end to end, from development and deployment through production reliability.
• Write clean, reliable, and performant code for workflows involving payments, verification, and content decisions.
• Use AI-facilitated QA processes and tooling to maintain engineering quality.
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving engineering team focused on high standards, rapid iteration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on TypeScript experience across the stack.
• Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS or an equivalent framework, and frontend experience with React and Next.js.
• Solid grounding in event-driven architecture and ownership of production systems.
• Daily use of AI coding agents and comfort working as an AI-native engineer.
• Experience with Next.js, Python, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, canary deployments, Grafana, and Sentry is relevant to the stack.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments and payout flows.
• Experience with ML-assisted moderation or fraud detection.
• Experience with media or content pipelines.
• Previous work at a consumer-scale company.
