Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Argentina

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

Builds AI-powered marketing content and customer-facing tools that transform founder interviews, pitch decks, and internal materials into social posts, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and press releases.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy full-stack applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Integrate LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and modern AI development tools into production products.
• Build customer-facing dashboards that visualize social media metrics, engagement trends, content performance, sentiment, and audience insights.
• Develop AI-powered customer service tools such as chatbots, auto-reply systems, and intelligent routing.
• Own projects end to end, including testing, deployment, monitoring, post-launch optimization, and automation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to create intuitive, reliable user experiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering production-grade applications independently with ownership and accountability.
• Backend expertise with Python, SQL/NoSQL database design, and REST API development.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deep knowledge of AI development tools, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, NLP, recommendation engines, and automation frameworks.
• Ability to build secure, scalable, performant, and automated systems, including microservices or event-driven architectures and data engineering pipelines.

Nice to have

• AWS experience.
• Experience building applications for social media analytics, customer service automation, or interactive data dashboards.
