Senior Experience Designer – Web/IVA

Location: Chicago, IL, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Own web and interactive visual aid projects from concept through delivery.
• Design scalable, production-ready experiences using components, patterns, design tokens, variables, and responsive behaviors.
• Translate creative and brand vision into technically feasible digital experiences.
• Balance accessibility, regulatory, system, business, and production requirements.
• Collaborate with Art, Copy, UX, Development, and other Experience Designers.
• Mentor fellow designers through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and leading by example.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, including working knowledge of variables and design tokens.
• Experience with design systems, responsive and modular frameworks, and timeline-based motion design or animation software.
• Experience collaborating with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers.
• Basic understanding of HTML for media banner production and experience optimizing creative for performance marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience designing websites or interactive visual aids in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience governing design systems.
