UX Designer III (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $123,500–$185,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own parts of the user experience for patients and clinical staff, including interaction and interface design.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery and conceptual foundations through detailed execution.
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, content strategists, clinical specialists, engineers, and other domain experts.
• Iterate designs using feedback, define design strategy, and develop solutions to technical challenges with engineering.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Design System, design critiques, cross-company UX initiatives, and user advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional UX design experience in consumer products, enterprise software, or related areas.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product design, strong visual execution, end-to-end design process, and clear rationale.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Figma and the technical considerations of accessible applications and responsive web design.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer products, healthcare, medical services, or related domains.
• Experience designing GenAI/LLM solutions, rich data visualizations, complex services, or related products.
• Experience bringing projects to launch in a commercial market.
