Senior UX/UI Designer (Healthcare)

Location: US Remote; the role is listed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The position requires legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship. Initial on-site onboarding travel is required.

Salary: $107,600–$147,950 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design projects from strategy and research through implementation.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that improve product usability and brand experience.
• Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, and other disciplines to translate requirements into design objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis to guide design decisions.
• Present concepts in design reviews, influence stakeholders, and maintain brand and accessibility consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and explore new tools, methods, and design trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with 4 years of professional UX/UI design experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
