Market Access Operations Analyst (Global Rare Diseases)

Annual base pay: $107,190–$131,010

What you will do

• Create, analyze, and regularly update market access datasets, metrics, reports, and trends.
• Analyze payer mix, competitive market data, price trends, copay card utilization, distribution channels, and reimbursement.
• Organize and cross-check discounts with Finance and government pricing.
• Build and maintain policy forecast trackers using financial inputs and assess legislative policy impacts on the rare disease portfolio.
• Support market access policy, contracting, project management, payer invoice review, and vendor administration.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services, HEOR, Finance, Sales, New Product Planning, and external service providers.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech data analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and synthesis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional resources under changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Knowledge of the current US payer environment and market access dynamics.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools such as Power BI.
