Sr. Analyst, Commercial Insights & Analytics (Hybrid - Acton, MA or San Diego, CA)

Location: Hybrid — on-site work required at an hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts, or San Diego, California

Salary: $108,000–$162,000 annual base salary for U.S.-based positions, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and report KPIs linked to commercial strategy, objectives, and performance.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and comprehensive commercial reporting.
• Analyze marketing, sales, customer care, market access, incentives, demand generation, field expansion, and patient segmentation initiatives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, market access, customer care, and IT to align strategy, tactics, and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, self-service insights, reporting, and user training.
• Identify commercial challenges, assess risks, and recommend actions to improve growth and operational performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial analytical roles with increasing responsibility.
• BS degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or information technology.
• Experience developing and communicating KPIs, insights, and recommendations.
• Experience with Salesforce, analytical tools, dashboard and reporting development, and advanced Microsoft Excel including VBA.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, Visual Flow, reporting, security settings, role hierarchy, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience delivering business analysis and system development or configuration for process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting commercial organizations in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Familiarity with Spotfire and basic coding skills.
• Experience designing improved business processes and training users.
