DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $110,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated scanning, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform, reusable modules, and secure configuration baselines.
• Manage AWS infrastructure across ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, RDS Aurora PostgreSQL, and Secrets Manager.
• Operate Kubernetes and containerized environments, including Argo Workflows.
• Support adoption of AI engineering platforms including Amazon Bedrock, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, and Cursor.
• Partner with Architecture and Development teams and build internal tooling for reliable operational workflows.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and core cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Terraform and experience with ECS and containerized deployments.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Argo Workflows.
• Security engineering experience with FISMA, FedRAMP, or ATO.
• For certain roles, the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.
