DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and optimize multiple production platforms.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS, and Cloudflare or Akamai.
• Improve system reliability and security with PrismaCloud or Twistlock, Rancher or EKS, and encrypted email.
• Maintain infrastructure using Docker, Ruby, and configuration management tools.
• Enhance monitoring and logging with New Relic, Splunk, and Tenable.
• Handle degraded services, troubleshoot system-level issues, and optimize internal production processes.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance or higher are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, AWS services, containerization, network security, monitoring tools, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience with Jenkins, Tenable, PrismaCloud or Twistlock, Akamai or Cloudflare, Rancher or EKS, encrypted email, Jumpbox, Docker, and Ruby.
• Strong collaboration, documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
