Staff Product Manager, Fleet Software (EV)

Location: Remote in North America

Salary: $178,500–$241,500 per year, plus eligible RSU grants and annual merit-based RSU grants.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes for fleet software platforms, including ViriCiti and new platforms for truck and autonomous vehicle fleets.
• Improve existing platforms by identifying customer experience gaps, prioritizing enhancements, and supporting future scale.
• Define and build software products for commercial truck charging management and autonomous vehicle fleet operations.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and business priorities into requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver products and drive adoption.
• Engage with fleet customers and prospects and communicate product vision, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• 12 years of product management experience focused on software products.
• Experience managing existing software platforms and defining new products from the ground up.
• Experience with fleet management, telematics, mobility, energy management, or adjacent SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Data-driven customer and product decision-making skills, with strong communication and strategic thinking.
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or logistics companies.
• Experience with truck fleets or autonomous vehicle operations.
