Product Specialist, Head & Neck (MedTech)

Location: Remote, based in Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands; supporting markets across Western Europe.

Salary: €52,800–€79,200 annually in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Drive portfolio growth across Western Europe through customer engagement, clinical support, and market development.
• Deliver product training, educational programs, and field-based support for surgeons, distributors, customers, and internal teams.
• Lead product launches and commercialization activities for current and future Head & Neck innovations.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and adoption barriers to inform business strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute growth strategies and optimize portfolio performance.
• Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and marketing and scientific communication materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of downstream marketing experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience working in cross-regional environments.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proven project management and execution capabilities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
